Student Health

If you seek Student Health information and click on the tab to the upper left, you will be directed to the Student Affairs site.

Many forms, which are useful to students, may be found under the Occupational Health Forms page and on the Student Affairs page.

Requests for copies of medical records require a signed release of information form to be faxed to 317 278-6929 or emailed to healthsv@iupui.edu

New immunization requirement for new (non-healthcare) students

Your immunization information is to be submitted to the IUPUI Registrar's office via One.IU.edu

Discounts

Students needing financial assistance may obtain discounted services if certain requirements are met.

Please contact our administrator, Stacy Becvar at 317 274-1019, for requirements.

Insurance cards will be requested and preventative services will be billed to insurance.

If your need is URGENT and the clinic is CLOSED:

Students: visit the closest urgent care center or ER (being updated. Urgent and emergency care (under construction)
NOTE: the UH Emergency Room closed on July 1, 2014.

Occupational Health

IU Health employees will be seen Coleman Hall for work related injuries, illnesses and exposures ONLY.

If your need is URGENT and the clinic is CLOSED:

IUPUI employees: the procedure has changed for employees who sustain an on-the-job injury when IUPUI Campus Health is closed.
Individuals with life-threatening injuries may be seen at IU Health Methodist Hospital Emergency Department.

Employees with less serious injuries are to go to US HealthWorks, located at:

Biometric screens for all eligible IUPUI employees.
Screenings may be scheduled at Coleman Hall or with your Primary Care Provider.

Web-enabled patients may request an appointment through the patient portal! What's a portal? See the brochure. Already enabled? Access the Portal here.
Get web-enabled! If you have not been to either clinic in the past, we must have your DOB and IU email address to web enable you. Call us at 274-8214 or email the clinic and request to be web-enbled.

Mission Statement

The mission of IUPUI Campus Health is to provide high quality, low cost health care services to students, faculty, and staff at IUPUI as well as to other appropriate individuals on the IUPUI campus; to provide an educational or training site for healthcare students and residents; and to conduct research or assist other University departments in performing research.

IUPUI Campus Health successfully completed our most recent review of services by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care in June 2014. We are proud to be accredited for the third time for the maximum 3 year period.
