Occupational health services are available to IUPUI and IU Health employees (Riley and University Hospital employees) at our Coleman Hall clinic. If you've experienced a work-related injury, illness, or exposure, we want to help you get back on track. An appointment is not necessary for the initial evaluation. We will see you on a walk-in basis at first, and then follow-up appointments will be scheduled in advance.
All IU Health employees visiting us for work-related treatment must complete an incident/exposure report prior to your clinic visit. The form is found on Pulse. If Coleman Hall is closed, IU Health employees can visit IU Health Occupational Services at Methodist Hospital.
If an IU or IUPUI employee needs treatment for a work-related illness or injury during a time when the clinic is closed, we have alternative options for receiving great care. IU and IUPUI employees should fully complete an Indiana University Incident Report prior to seeking care.
IU and IUPUI employees with life-threatening injuries should be seen at IU Health Methodist Hospital Emergency Department. Employees with less serious injuries are to go to Concentra, located at 5490 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46241.
While we would love to be the go-to clinic for all employees and their needs, we do not serve to replace an employee's primary care physician.
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we strive to help campus staff and students stay healthy.
